As 2023 comes to an end - we look back at a positive year for the KaydeeSayfa team and our customers, as we expand our solutions and improve our service to customers.
Starting the year
Earlier this year (on 1st January 2023) we merged with our sister company and rebranded as KaydeeSayfa, with the aim of providing the construction industry with a single point of contact for a range of specialist construction packages.As One Company, KaydeeSayfa provides sourcing, design, survey, installation of construction packages.
Creating 3 new departments
The merger gave us the opportunity to make some structural changes to maintain our level of service across multiple packages.
We created 3 new departments ‘Pre-Construction’, ‘Quality Assurance’ and ‘Aftercare’ - to put greater emphasis on planning, accuracy and post install support.
The Pre-construction department takes control of the project after it has been tendered and won. The role of this department is to think ahead and ensure the project is planned in detail and potential problems are ironed out before it goes to the operations team.
The Quality Assurance department does what it says on the tin. The QA team walks through each site to ensure that the job is being done to the "One Standard". Making sure products and installation is done correctly and identifying and fixing any errors before handover.
The Aftercare and Servicing team offer post install support with compliance or maintenance until the building is handed over - and can continue to support the end user / facilities management team going forward.
Growing our team
The merger gave us the opportunity to make some structural changes to maintain our level of service across multiple packages. We had 7 new starters in 2023 across our estimating, design, operations and finance teams. Allowing us to provide an efficient and high quality service at all touch points.
Looking forward to 2024
We have much more planned for 2024 and look forward to working with our customers to create a safer, reliable and more efficient construction industry.
