STARTING IN 1985
The history of KaydeeSayfa starts from humble beginnings in 1985, when our founder Deryck South established Kaydee Blinds in the family garage in Derby. Specialising in the the supply and installation of blinds and internal shading solutions for commercial projects, across the Midlands. Kaydee Blinds has always been a family focused business and once old enough Deryck's two sons Roy & Clive joined the business and have been involved ever since.
2005
​In 2005 with the introduction of the Working At Height Act (2005), Sayfa Systems UK was founded as a Height Safety System Specialist responsible for the Manufacture, Design, and Installation of height safety systems, later creating a dedicated team to oversee the regular testing and inspection of these systems.
2008
​In 2008 we established our dedicated Testing and Training department to provide a qualified and hassle-free service for Health and Safety Professionals, Building Owners and Facility Managers.
As experienced first-hand installers of height safety teams our team provide an experienced and technical edge to the regular testing and inspection of height safety and abseil systems. Our Compliance Services Team continue to provide a quality and compliant service for our ever growing customer base, ensuring sites across the UK remain compliant.
2022
Over the decades both Kaydee Blinds & Sayfa Systems UK would rise to become industry leading specialists and the preferred package specialists for some of the largest contractors in the UK. This is a position earned through successful delivery of an impressive portfolio of projects across the UK over 4 decades.
In 2022, these two industry leading companies would merged to create a specialist juggernaut in KaydeeSayfa Ltd. A specialist provider of multiple construction packages with a streamlined installation, design, manufacturing, and testing service.
2025
Three years on from the merger, KaydeeSayfa continues to deliver quality solutions for our customers. Working closely with the developers and main contractors to deliver compliant manufacturing, design, installation, and testing solutions on some of the largest and most complex developments in the UK.

A key project completed in the KaydeeSayfa Era is Westmont (part of the White City Living scheme) by Berkeley Group. This project features complex façade access systems providing discreet abseil solutions for a complex façade.
