I am pleased to announce the forthcoming merger of the two sister companies Kaydee Light Control Solutions and Sayfa Systems UK Ltd into KaydeeSayfa Ltd, effective from the 1st of January 2023.
Kaydee is a market leader in the surveying and installation of commercial blinds. Sayfa Systems is at the forefront of the design and installation of height safety systems and both companies have shared the same ownership since 2010.
Over the past 35+ years Kaydee and Sayfa have serviced the construction industry as separate entities with impeccable on time delivery of projects. Combined Kaydee and Sayfa have experience in delivering sub-contract packages ranging from £10k - £2.5m.
The purpose of this merger is to make it easier for our customers to work with us on multiple packages under the same contract. The additional knowledge, support and capability of the combined team will enable us to offer you a continued level of excellent service.
What does this mean for you?
On a day-to-day basis, it is business as usual, and we will continue to operate as separate companies until 1st January. From 1st January our existing staff will begin operating under the new structure. The current liaison contacts for yourselves and key personnel will remain the same. All live projects will be completed in line with current agreements by the combined entity.
In the meantime, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business and for putting your trust in us over the last 30 years. Our goal has always been – and remains – to help you deliver construction projects more safely, efficiently and profitably.
Details on the new entity
Kaydee Light Control Solutions Ltd will acquire Sayfa Systems UK ltd and be renamed to KaydeeSayfa Ltd. The company number will be 08509810.
