Re-enforcing our commitment to complete safety at work – KaydeeSayfa has achieved the target for 100% of our site supervisors to be SSSTS trained for our height safety packages.
The Site Supervisors Safety Training (SSSTS) and Site Managers Safety Training (SMTS) are important for on site safety for all managers or supervisors, making them fully aware of all health and safety aspects and making the workplace safer.
In preparation for growth as part of the businesses ‘Strength by Design’ strategy, General Manager Larry Delchev commented “We actually went one step further with our SSSTS initiative, and now 100% of our site team are SMSTS or SSSTS trained. During this next year we hope the various commitments to our people will enable us to achieve Construction Line Gold Status”.
