Cancellation Policy

This price is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The Quotation allows for one visit. Any further days required on site will be chargeable at a rate of £900.00 per day. All prices are subject to site survey. Please ensure we have the latest information so that our price is always correct and fitting takes place as required. It is a legal requirement that any abseil installation is LOLER tested before use and at six monthly intervals from installation. This quotation does not include the cost of LOLER testing as prices can vary with site conditions. All prices quoted are lump sum and job specific. No rates can be pro rata in the event of additional works or reductions in scope of works once the order has been placed. Any changes will need to be re-priced before they can proceed. Orders placed and then cancelled due to no fault of KaydeeSayfa Limited are subject to an 80% cancellation fee of the overall order value. Any contracts that are booked in and then cancelled, with no more than 24 hour’s notice before KaydeeSayfa Limited are due on site, will incur an abortive fee charge of 80% of the contract/order value for the given year. Abortive site visits, for whatever reason outside of KaydeeSayfa Limited control, will be charged at £645.00 per team per day - full days will be charged and hourly rates are not applicable. Additional days, over and above the number of days stated in the contract/order, will be charged at £729.00 per team per day - full days will be charged and hourly rates are not applicable. Access on the roof for retesting engineers, equipment and materials to be provided by site. If access is not provided by site and our work is held up, this may result in a further daily charge of £595.00 per engineer booked. All work areas related to KaydeeSayfa Limited scope of works need to be clear of any other contractors tools or equipment and of any debris or water. All suitable roof access equipment to be provided by site. In the event of no suitable access equipment, KaydeeSayfa Limited will provide suitable access equipment (MEWP, Boom lift, etc.) and revise the quotation to include this. No Certificates will be available to client/s until invoices have been confirmed, accepted and agreed to be paid within 30 days of the date of issue.
