Deansgate Square - "Reshaping Manchester's Skyline"

Chris Clarke:

As part of a scheme to provide Manchester with four new options for luxury living; Deansgate square is without a shadow of a doubt providing Manchester City Centre with it's biggest face lift in recent history.

Construction at the site, situated on the southern edge of Manchester City Centre, began in 2016 with the North and West towers. Soon after in 2017 works began on the Eastern and Southern Towers. KaydeeSayfa were brought in to survey, source, install, and commission an array of roller & vertical blind systems to furnish the luxury apartments and penthouses of Owen Street and Crown Street.

The Crown Street project was, at the time, the largest in terms of value and scale in KaydeeSayfa's +35 year history. Including the second phase of Crown Street, which KaydeeSayfa was later awarded; our team will have been responsible for over 12,500 individual vertical & roller blinds across the Manchester Skyline defining landmarks.

From initial tendering phase, to surveying of the total 114 floors, and final commissioning, the team have overcome challenges at every stage. At one point production was brought inhouse in order to meet deadlines brought forward by the end client. KaydeeSayfa was able to achieve project delivery as a result of decisive decision making, an experienced procurement team, strong supply chain, and a collective desire to get the job done.
